1 pot of aromatic peas with perks
2 naan bread
2 handfuls baby spinach
1 tblsp plain yoghurt
1 sprig mint, chopped
- Heat the aromatic peas with perks as per instructions on the pot. Stir in the baby spinach to wilt.
- Heat the naan bread as instructed.
- Spread the aromatic peas with perks and spinach on the top of the two naan breads.
- Drizzle with the yoghurt, spinkle with chilli flakes and chopped mint. Drizzle with chilli oil if desired.
